Welcome to the homepage of the Australia Visa Application Centre (AVAC) in Indonesia. The site provides information on procedures applicable to those who need a Visa to travel to Australia.

The visa applications are to be submitted at the Australia Visa Application Centre in Jakarta or Denpasar Bali to then be assessed by the Australian Embassy located in Jakarta or Australian Consulate General in Denpasar Bali.

The Australia Visa Application Centre is managed by PT VFS Services Indonesia and offers visa services which include collection of visa application documents with relevant visa application charges and for returning of passports to applicants. The operations and services by the Australia Visa Application Centre are within the guidelines of client service principles of The Australian Government Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC).

Applicants who wish to apply for a visa are requested to kindly read the information on this site carefully. The guidelines listed on this site are to help you prepare your documents as accurately as possible.

Step1:	Applications for Australian Visa are accepted at the Australia Visa Application Centre (AVAC).
Step2:	Before applying, please ensure you are very clear on your ‘purpose of visit’ – do remember we are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category. Since our work is primarily administrative in nature, we have no say on whether you will be granted a visa and how long it will take to process, as this is entirely the prerogative of the Australian Embassy.
